Fat/ideal/skinny can come from family gene factors and what we like to eat every day. You guys have a hard time going on a diet? It's hard if there's no strong intention on our own, but I have some tips on going on a diet so that the results show that you're all on a diet. Tips from me: 1. eat less sweet snack examples: cakes with a lot of sugar content, packaged snacks, sugary drink 2. reduce oily food examples: fried foods, side dishes of fried foods, and other 3. avoid foods whose ingredients use flour because these foods only make you all feel full but only temporarily, later you will in the not too distant future you will feel hungry again. I used to do some way of dieting, but it always failed, therefore I kept trying so that I found my own way of dieting and the maximum result, Here's the diet I did: 1. Gradually reduce the portion of the meal 2. Avoiding sweet packaged snacks 3. Strive to eat on time 4. Keep fulfilling what I need 5. Eat only twice a day This
