A healthy diet by Andre
Fat/ideal/skinny can come from family gene factors and what we like to eat every day. You guys have a hard time going on a diet? It's hard if there's no strong intention on our own, but I have some tips on going on a diet so that the results show that you're all on a diet.
Tips from me:
1. eat less sweet snack
examples: cakes with a lot of sugar content, packaged snacks, sugary drink
2. reduce oily food
examples: fried foods, side dishes of fried foods, and other
3. avoid foods whose ingredients use flour because these foods only make you all feel full but only temporarily, later you will in the not too distant future you will feel hungry again.
I used to do some way of dieting, but it always failed, therefore I kept trying so that I found my own way of dieting and the maximum result, Here's the diet I did:
1. Gradually reduce the portion of the meal
2. Avoiding sweet packaged snacks
3. Strive to eat on time
4. Keep fulfilling what I need
5. Eat only twice a day
This is my sehrian routine in doing my own version of the diet:
1. In the morning we can still eat rice but I reduce my portion of food by 1/4 of the usual portion, why still eat rice? Because our body needs energy to carry out various kinds of activities
2. Before eating, I usually drink mineral water as much as 3 medium-sized glasses so that my stomach already feels filled so that after eating with a reduced portion, I can still feel full
3. Try to side dishes vegetables or meat such as for example: pecel rice or mixed rice
4. During the day try not to eat, if you are hungry try to eat only vegetables
5. Then at night I have a stock of bread, so usually I only eat bread, yes bread does contain therapeutic flour in my opinion there is not much yaa I usshakan only eat 3 to 4 pieces of bread accompanied by warm milk without sugar.
6. Dinner 2 hours before going to bed because if we have just eaten and then go straight to bed, the food we eat will digest our body to fat, why 2 hours? So that our body can digest the food we eat and then process it into energy
7. Try at least no later than 5 to 8 hours of sleep so that our body can rest and tomorrow can do maximum activity again.
After I did my version of the diet earlier, I was able to lose weight from 78 Kg to 63Kg for 2 months routinely, at first I was surprised, but that's the fact that happened to my body, maybe only that's all tips from me, hopefully your diet program is all smooth, Thank you
